To begin the process we collect information from you (generally from invoices, or automated reports from your current shipping interface (e.g. UPS World Ship). Important information we need to assure your discounts and increase your service level is:

Based on that information, our proposal matches your current rates and shipments to DHL rates and services. We detail the savings you will receive.

Sign Up Process
Our account sign up process is simple and will capture all the information we need for administrative setup. It includes the DHL Express Account Request Form, and if you wish, a Credit Cards authorization form.

Kick Off Meeting
The kick off meeting will include the following:

Review of your account information
Delivery of shipping supplies to get you started (free of charge)
Preparation of your first order for shipping supplies
Collection of your old shipping supplies (we recycle these)

Freight Savers Express Bay Area also performs rate reviews. Periodically, we will review your rates to make sure that they are in line with your shipping patterns. However, we are pleased to perform a rate review at your request as well.
